Great place to unwind, rest and relax while visiting. Beautifully curated art makes every part of this B and B appealing and calming. They have taken all steps to ensure a peaceful ambience .The staff are very helpful, friendly, and provide great recommendations. Rooms clean, breakfast delicious. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

I absolutely enjoyed my 9 day stay here! I loved the customer service. A special thanks to Karen, Paola, and Luis! For breakfast my husband asked for beans and chorizo which is not on the menu, but they made it for us the next day. The breakfast food is delicious, I had espresso every morning. The hotel is in walking distance to tons of shopping and amazing restaurants. I felt safe walking around at night. I asked if they offered laundry service, which they do. I took advantage of that. I had the best massage EVER, I forget her name but she was amazing. I would 100% recommend this staying at any PUG SEAl!

Strange name but beautiful, unpretentious place! Our room was very comfortable for 2, nicely decorated with a terrace. The staff are kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast was consistently delicious and filling, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a late arrival and late departure and they accommodated us easily. The common areas (courtyard, bar area, rooftop) were all lovely for enjoying a cup of coffee and the weather. Highly recommend!

This hotel is an oasis and well located in Polanco. I stayed there in 2017 and enjoyed the atmosphere in this traditional building which had been expanded with temporary architecture. Service and breakfast rounded the stay up.

While in Polanco , and located between Horacio and Mazaryk , Allan Poe Street is quiet and wide , therefore a breath of calm rooms are nice , the have a snacks and fruit station , with an occasional small sandwich , complimentary. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Definitely coming back.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Pug Seal Polanco and cannot recommend it highly enough. I was there with a group of folks for a friend's 50th and the staff went out of their way to make sure not only that we had everything we needed, but also that we felt at home there. The space was beautiful and pristine. And I love (and was able to see) all of the rooms. Can't wait to return!

Fabulous location near great shopping and restaurants. Posh vibes but not pretentious. Feels like a home away from home with super comfortable bedding and generous free amenities like soda tea and snacks everywhere. Great breakfast and service. The art everywhere is really cool too.
